These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to text messages sent by Fundur (“Fundur,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a trade name of Norman Advisors LLC, a New York limited liability company, about a financing request you submit through fundur.com.

How Text Messages Start

When you enter your phone number on our application form, the form shows a notice that Fundur may call and text you regarding your financing request. If you sign a full financing application, the authorization you sign also covers contact about that application.

What to Expect

  • Messages relate to your financing request — for example, confirming that we received it, asking a follow-up question, reminding you about a step that is still open, or updating you on its status
  • Message frequency varies depending on your request and where it is in the process
  • Fundur does not currently send marketing or promotional text messages. If we offer them in the future, we will ask for your separate consent first

Cost

  • Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan

Opting Out

  • Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving text messages from us
  • You can also ask us to stop by emailing info@fundur.com
  • Stopping text messages does not withdraw your financing request; we can continue to reach you by email or phone

Help

Text Messages Are Optional

You do not need to receive text messages to use our services. If you prefer not to receive them, reply STOP to any message or email info@fundur.com, and we will communicate with you about your request by email or phone instead.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We do not sell or share your phone number, text-messaging consent, or mobile opt-in information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. As part of your financing request, your contact information may be provided to financing providers, as described in our Privacy Policy.
